Introduction

Welcome to Mrbitcoin.io ("Mrbitcoin", "we", "us", "our"), a platform operated by Innovatex, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Company").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mrbitcoin.io website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, entering a challenge, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

What Mrbitcoin Is (and Is Not)

Mrbitcoin operates crypto trading challenges. Challenges are skill-based competitions in which participants trade in a simulated or gamified environment and may win prizes based on their performance.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• Mrbitcoin is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, custodian, or investment platform.
• We do not hold, manage, or invest your funds or digital assets on your behalf.
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any market data, commentary, or educational content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Past performance in a challenge — yours or anyone else's — is not an indication of future results, in challenges or in real markets.

Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

• be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
• have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Platform, participation in prize-based competitions, or receipt of cryptocurrency prizes is prohibited by applicable law; and
• not be subject to any sanctions administered by the United Nations, the UAE, the EU, the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or any other applicable sanctions authority.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

4.1 Registration. To participate in challenges you must create an account and provide a valid email address. To receive prizes you must provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address that you own and control.

4.2 One account per person. You may create and operate only one account. Creating or controlling multiple accounts, whether directly or through others, is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mrbitcoin.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.4 Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated. Providing a wallet address you do not control is at your own risk; we are not responsible for prizes sent to an address you supplied.

Challenges and Fair Play

5.1 Challenge rules. Each challenge may have its own specific rules (duration, entry conditions, scoring, prize structure) published on the Platform. Those rules form part of these Terms. In case of conflict, the challenge-specific rules prevail for that challenge.

5.2 Prohibited conduct. You must not:

• create, control, or coordinate multiple accounts ("sybil" activity), including through family members, friends, VPNs, emulators, device farms, or automated tools;
• use bots, scripts, or any form of automation to participate in challenges unless expressly permitted;
• exploit bugs, errors, or unintended behavior of the Platform (please report them to us instead);
• collude with other participants, manipulate scoring, or engage in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation;
• interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.

5.3 Detection and enforcement. We use automated and manual systems to detect fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• disqualify any participant from a challenge;
• void results, withhold or reclaim prizes;
• suspend or permanently close accounts (including all linked accounts);
• adjust leaderboards and results where manipulation or error is identified.

Our determinations regarding fair play and challenge results are final.

5.4 Availability. Challenges are offered at our discretion. We may modify, postpone, or cancel any challenge at any time, including for technical, legal, or operational reasons. If a paid element is affected by a cancellation caused by us, we will provide a reasonable remedy (such as a credit, re-entry, or refund) at our discretion and where required by law.

Prizes

6.1 Award. Prizes are awarded according to the published rules of each challenge. Prize amounts, currencies, and payout methods are stated in the relevant challenge rules.

6.2 Payout. Cryptocurrency prizes are paid to the wallet address associated with your account. You are solely responsible for providing a correct, compatible wallet address on the correct network. Transactions sent to the address you provided are final and irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect or incompatible address you supplied.

6.3 Verification. Before paying any prize, we may require reasonable verification that you comply with these Terms (including eligibility, one-account, and fair-play requirements). We may withhold payment while an investigation is ongoing and refuse payment where a violation is identified.

6.4 Timing. We aim to pay prizes within a reasonable time after challenge results are finalized. Network congestion, technical issues, or verification checks may cause delays.

6.5 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from prizes you receive, under the laws applicable to you.

6.6 Value fluctuation. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. The fiat-equivalent value of a prize may change between announcement and payout. We are not responsible for such fluctuations.

Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Free and paid tiers. Core participation in designated free challenges is available at no cost. We also offer paid subscription plans that provide additional features, benefits, or access as described on the Platform at the time of purchase.

7.2 Billing. Subscription fees, billing periods, and accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.

7.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@mrbitcoin.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.

7.4 Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you have paid for, we will provide a pro-rata refund or equivalent credit.

7.5 Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we will give you reasonable advance notice so you can cancel before the change takes effect.

7.6 Chargebacks. Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of your account. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as exchanges, wallets, payment processors, or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their terms and privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider's terms.

Disclaimers

10.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that market data displayed on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current.

10.3 Participation in challenges does not create any partnership, employment, agency, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Company.

10.4 Cryptocurrency involves significant risk, including total loss of value. Any real-market trading decisions you make outside the Platform are entirely your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

11.1 The Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

11.2 Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount of subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) USD (or its AED equivalent).

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of applicable law; or (c) your misuse of the Platform.

Suspension and Termination

13.1 We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the fair-play rules, or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

13.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting support@mrbitcoin.io.

13.3 Upon termination: your license to use the Platform ends; any unpaid prizes connected to a violation may be forfeited; and provisions which by their nature should survive (including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 16) will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and may cancel any subscription.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

15.2 The competent courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you may enjoy under the laws of your country of residence.

15.3 Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@mrbitcoin.io and attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within thirty (30) days.

General

16.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any challenge-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform.

16.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16.3 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

16.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network or blockchain failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.
